The VirtoCommerce Builder plugin integrates with your Virto front end, so teams can create, manage, and optimize storefront pages. It helps build visually engaging, fast-loading, and content-rich experiences while preserving brand consistency.
To get the most out of this document, you should already have:
- Go to the Plugins section in Builder.
- On the Virto plugin tile, toggle to Enable.
- Click Refresh to apply changes.
- Click Settings on the plugin tile to configure with your Virto account information.

Required Virto credentials
To complete the setup, you'll need the following details from Virto:
- Api host
- Auth host
- Shared secret
- Client id

In Builder:
- Log in to your Builder account.
- Go to Space Settings.
- Locate and copy the Public API Key.
In Virto Store:
- Open the Platform.
- Navigate to Stores → Your Store → Settings widget → BuilderIO.
- Toggle the Enable button to ON.
- Paste the copied API key into the input field.
- Click OK to save changes.
- Click BuilderIO in the Application menu to start using it.
