This feature has been removed from Builder. Instead, consider the more robust and full-featured Visual Copilot.
Instead of recreating your existing page from scratch, you can import it into Builder.
To begin, create a new page using the blank template. On your page, from the Insert tab in the Visual Editor, open Import options.
Select Web.
In the dialog that opens, enter the URL of the page you want to import into Builder and click OK.
An overlay opens with the page you entered rendered. Select the entire page or specific portions of it to import into Builder.
The following video shows the process. Note that the import may take a few minutes.
The process doesn't import any JavaScript or other interactive code.
